Customer satisfaction has always been the key-driving factor behind the success. We operate with a quality policy of "Quality assured" which emphasis on always giving higher importance for quality and delivering exactly to the client needs. We track customer complaints systematically and finalise them as soon as possible, and inform customers accurately, and on time.

We ensure that private data belonging to our customers will not be shared with third parties and corporations without consent of the customers; The quality policy is defined, then all the stakeholders affected by the policy, including customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, and others are identified. Next, the purpose of the policy is considered. Finally, a draft of the policy is developed.
