Project initiation phase ( Initial 4 to 8 weeks before commencing)

• Agree the scope of work.
• Contact.
• Organising right resources for the project.
• Set-up devices ( laptop , etc.,) & sorting connectivity, network security issues with client’s data.
• Box based space allocation.
• Dedicated team and if any resources not technically suitable for the project, swap with right resources in less than 2 to 4 weeks.
• Advance payment arrangement before the commencement for smooth operation as this will be a dedicated team exclusively for the clients.
• Project kick-off.
